Sr. Director of Research and Evaluation
Johnnetta Davis-Joyce is the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation at NACCHO. In her role, she oversees all research and evaluation projects conducted by NACCHO, and most notably the Profile and Forces of Change studies. Ms. Davis-Joyce brings over 15 years of experience to NACCHO in areas such as strategic planning, management of multi-million dollar contracts, business development, fiscal and budget administration, and human resources. Other experience includes program development, quality assurance, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, rapid-cycle program evaluation, and policy development. She has a long history of working with public health funders in both the governmental and private sectors. Prior to joining NACCHO she served as the Director of Health at Econometrica, Inc. where she oversaw the programmatic areas of public health transformation, performance improvement, policy analysis and research and evaluation. Other experience includes serving as Center Director for Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, building nationwide coalitions and partnerships with government and non-government entities, providing technical assistance and training, financial management & fiscal accountability and working on public health issues with key stakeholders at the local, State, National and International levels.
