Ana Tellez, MA leads communications strategy at Human Impact Partners. She’s a plain language advocate who works closely with the HIP team to develop actionable and engaging materials across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. She has over 10 years of experience at the intersection of public health and clear communication, with an emphasis on digital product development and social media strategy. Ana is passionate about using storytelling, new media, and communications science to advance racial justice and health equity.
Ana earned her masters in communication, technology, and education from Columbia University’s Teachers College and her bachelor’s degree in culture and politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She currently serves on the Leadership Team of the Radical Communicators Network. Ana is originally from Mexico City, and she now lives in Berkeley, California.
