Mr. Little has a very eclectic background that covers a wide spectrum of areas. He has a plant science and performing arts background and has led charges in education, tourism, and the arts. He has over twenty years experience in community engagement and resilience building for board and staffs of non-profits and government. He has spent much of his career building learning communities within the Richmond, Virginia region. Since March 2017, he has served as the Crater Health District's ACEs and Trauma-Informed Care coordinator and has directed a number of new initiatives that tend to be non-traditional health practices, but they are explorative programming that helps build resilience through community engagment, trainings and the arts.
