Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist

Kellie Hall has been a Research and Evaluation Specialist at NACCHO since 2017. With five years of experience in research and evaluation for public health programs, Kellie works across NACCHO to provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data visualization expertise, and internal program evaluation support. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Northwestern University, Kellie served as an AmeriCorps VISTA focused on resource and program development. She then went on to become a Program Specialist at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), managing performance measurement and evaluation processes for Community HealthCorps, an AmeriCorps program operating in nearly 40 locations nationwide. She has facilitated quantitative and qualitative research, led writing teams for federal reports, and developed stakeholder engagement processes leading to program improvements.
