Lead Analyst, Performance Improvement

With over nine years of experience in performance improvement, my role as Lead Analyst on NACCHO’s Performance Improvement team includes provision of technical assistance to public health departments around performance improvement topics such as change management, strategic planning, performance measurement, quality improvement, community health improvement planning, and accreditation readiness. I have experience with providing QI related trainings and workshops and one-on-one consultation around various QI methods including Plan-Do-Study-Act, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis. My approach is focused on developing collaborative processes to foster peer exchange, dialogue, and innovation among public health departments. I have a BS in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
