Melanie Ruhe, MPH is a Program Analyst for the Community and Environmental Health team at NACCHO. For the past three years, her responsibilities include managing and providing programmatic support for numerous NACCHO teams, including the Tobacco, Opioid and Maternal and Child Health portfolios, developing publication and policy tools to increase awareness of key health efforts, and coordinating, creating, and executing project activities. Prior to joining NACCHO, Melanie worked for the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. She received her Master of Public Health degree with distinction from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Prior to DePaul, she received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Dayton.
