Carla Prock is a Public Health Nurse and a Senior Manager of Healthy People & Communities at Benton-Franklin Health District in Kennewick, WA. She is a Registered Nurse and graduate of the Washington State University College of Nursing. Carla has been in local public health for more than 18 years. She has worked as a program supervisor for various maternal child health programs for nine years before moving into a Senior Management position. Carla has supported efforts and content to help the District successfully achieve PHAB Accreditation and continue its journey towards Public Health 3.0. She is a participant and past chair of WSALPHOs Community Health Leadership Committee where she provided assistance authoring the chapter for Washington State’s Maternal Child Health Foundational Capabilities and is a recipient of the Excellence in Public Health Award from Washington State Public Health Association.
