This presentation is a partnership of ICMCP, OneLogin, Elevate Security and other corporate partners and is aimed at advancing the practice of social equity among sector infrastructure organizations. In doing so, cybersecurity leaders and change-makers will have the tools, training, resources they need to make change happen.

This expert panel of national cybersecurity experts will come together for a brutally honest conversation about the problems with diversity and inclusion in cybersecurity. They will apply tools of social equity analysis that they’ve been cultivating through their combined efforts, insights and capabilities. Each panelist will speak about the existing solutions available to diversify the cybersecurity workforce, putting each to the test.

• To bring increased talent into the cyber workforce, we collectively need to bring in a diverse blend of social groups that can engage and communicate effectively.
• Understand what psychological safety has to do with it.
• Understand the definitions of diversity and inclusion and what they really mean.
