The team has a decade of successful team training with their aim to improve team performance whilst managing clinical emergencies hence improve patient care and safety.
In this session, we will describe the implementation of a high-fidelity simulation course focusing on leadership as a crisis resource management principle and the impact on the participants. We will explore the importance of leadership and the ability to teach this skills.
