Boston Children's Hospital Simulator Program
Christopher Roussin is an award-winning educator with leadership experience in healthcare, higher education and technology industries. He holds a PhD in Organization Studies from Boston College and publishes his writing and research in high impact medical education, management and applied psychology journals including Academic Medicine, Journal of Management, and Small Group Research. Dr. Roussin currently leads the learning and development team for the Boston Children's Hospital Simulator Program and serves as Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. His career goal is to infuse a spirit and practical system of positive, even joyful, continuous experiential learning into the culture of healthcare. His personal goal is to accomplish the same spirit in all aspects of his life with family, friends, colleagues and teammates.
