As coaching has gained popularity in organizations, there has been an explosion in the prevalence and demand for analytics to support decision making. Coaching is intended to yield both tangible and more intangible change. In this presentation, we will share basic measurement concepts, evaluation frameworks and tools that can be used to measure the impact of coaching. Attendees will be guided through a process to make decisions about how to measure the impact of their own coaching and how to use the results of those measures to expand their business.
