Relationships are often something we don’t put a great deal of conscious thought into, either in coaching or as leaders and executives. Over the last 12 months, the presenter has learned how intentional we can be around a relationship, as she fell in love for the first time. What she didn’t see coming at the time was the impact on coaching – that once she learned how to create deep, trusting, intimate relationship in one part of her life, it started showing up everywhere. In this session, the presenter will share her story, and what she learned about generating relationship in a totally different way. She will also share practices that have impacted not just the coaching process, but also the clients’ ability to also generate relationship in this way, and the success they have seen as a result.

• Understand why relationship is important, in coaching and in leadership.
• Know their own common and unhelpful misconceptions around what it means to build relationships.
• Practice generating powerful, trusting, intimate relationships for themselves and their clients.
