How can we work with patients, staff and others when time is tight and it's important to get to the heart of the presenting and hidden issues to have an effective coaching conversation in the limited time available? We don't always have an hour or even half an hour to coach people as we may prefer. As life gets busier, it's important to understand how to have the same effective approach in much shorter timeframes. We will examine an example of how we worked with patients at a busy hospital in London and adapted the approach to staff.
