In a VUCA world, an organization's capacity to be successful depends on its collective capacity to adopt a holistic, systemic perspective on the organization and its various stakeholders. This entails working with the organization as a system—a complex web of dynamic relationships through which change is constantly emerging and evolving. In this session, we will consider what systemic coaching really means, and the role of adult development theory in helping us all to further cultivate our own growth as coaching professionals. We will consider approaches to coaching that can immediately integrate into practice and a new lens on coach development.
