Along with Rob Cross of Babson University and Chris Ernst of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, she is a founding member of the Connected Commons, a group business and academic leaders who refine and implement approaches to leverage social network science. Sally is a co-author of the Organizational Network Fieldbook. published by Jossey-Bass.
Prior to launching her consulting practice, Sally was an organization development leader at Fannie Mae, The Washington Post and the National Cooperative Bank. Sally received her BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University and an MA in Organization Management from the Fielding Graduate University.
