Attendance and participation, in person, at the event is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Inclusions
The Full Conference Registration fee for ICF Converge 2019 includes attendance to all open sessions and meal events (unless specifically noted otherwise), as outlined in the event schedule and event materials.
Exclusions
The registration fee does not include travel, lodging, ground transportation or other out-of-pocket expenses associated with attendance at ICF Converge 2019. Attendees are solely responsible for and must make those arrangements on their own.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All registration and display fees are subject to 21% Czech Value Added Tax (VAT), required by the laws and regulations of the European Union and its member states. They establish that VAT must be paid on the fees in the country where the conference is held. ICF does not receive any of this money; it is paid to the Czech government.
Installment Payment Option (Tier 3 only)
By selecting the registration installment payment option, the registrant knowingly consents to and authorizes ICF to charge the registrant’s provided credit card for each of the two (2) applicable installment payments. The first installment payment is charged at the time of registration and the second installment payment is charged on October 15, 2019. In addition, ICF will charge a credit card processing fee for each such charge. No refunds will be issued by the ICF. ICF specifically reserves the right to cancel a registration without notice for failure to pay the registration fees in accordance with these terms or if the issuer of the credit card denies such charge. ICF hereby expressly disclaims and denies any and all responsibility or liability for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation of registration. Registrants are bound by the ICF Converge 2019 Terms and Conditions and are solely responsible for being familiar with and adhering to the same. Failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions may result in a cancellation of registration without refund and with no liability to ICF.
Special Dietary Requests, Food Allergies and Other Special Needs
Individuals with food allergies or special dietary needs must note their specific request(s) at the time of registration. ICF will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests; however, ICF does not guarantee that specific requests will be met. ICF will not be able to meet specific requests made post-registration or at the event.
Any special needs pertaining to mobility impairment or other physical limitations should be fully noted at the time of registration. This information will be forwarded to the venue and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate these needs.
