All event participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully and civilly at all times during the event. Obscene or offensive language or loud, disruptive, abusive or threatening behavior directed to any other event attendee, speaker, ICF staff or building personnel is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated. Those who violate this policy may be removed from the event venue and their registrations terminated. In the case of such removal, no refunds will be made.
Sale or Public Display of Merchandise
Sale or public display of any merchandise or products at any location, other than that which has been specifically authorized by ICF in writing and in advance, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to cancellation of their room reservations and revocation of their event participation and registration without refund. If deemed appropriate, the violating coach’s ICF Membership may also be formally reviewed by the ICF Board of Directors. This policy will be strictly enforced against violators by both the hotel and ICF.
