If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be received in writing to HTRS/NASTH Registration, 19 Mantua Road, Mt. Royal, NJ 08061 or email: email@example.com and postmarked no later than April 9, 2019. All fees paid will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee. There will be no refunds after the April 9, 2019 deadline.
Letters of Invitation for International Attendees
If requested, TMG will send a Letter of Invitation on behalf of HTRS and NASTH to attendees traveling from other countries to the HTRS/NASTH 2019 Scientific Symposium. Prior to requesting a Letter, attendees must agree that the purpose of the invitation is only to assist participants with obtaining a VISA to travel to the Symposium, and does not represent a commitment on the part of TMG, HTRS, or NASTH to provide any financial support or further assistance with the VISA process. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Letter of Invitation.
The Registration Desk will be located on the third floor of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Be sure to stop at the Registration Desk to check in and pick up your lanyard with your name badge and conference tote bag near the registration desk. Your admission and drink tickets for the Welcome Reception and Dinner and the Awards Reception and Dinner will be located behind your name badge if you pre-registered for these events.
Each attendee is responsible for picking up his/her own name badge from the Registration Desk. Industry attendees from the same company must visit the Registration Desk individually to claim their lanyards/name badges. The Registration Desk Team will not hand out multiple name badges for members of the same company to a single attendee.
