Jean Marie Ruddy, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina and also practices at the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC. In addition to her clinical interests in the treatment of superficial venous insufficiency, critical limb ischemia, carotid stenosis, and infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms, Dr. Ruddy conducts basic science research investigating tension-related cell signaling in the abdominal aorta as it relates to degenerative remodeling.
