Collin Arnold, CEM, LEM-P, is the Director of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness for New Orleans, Louisiana since May 2018. He began his career with the United States Coast Guard, then in law enforcement with the New Orleans Police Department. In addition to Collin's experience law enforcement experience, he has a variety of experience in transportation management in both aviation and rail. Collin's experience in transportation and infrastructure management has provided him with unique and unparalleled insight into critical facets of emergency management, mostly notably leading efforts to reform transportation and management of the City Assisted Evacuation Plan.
