Clinicians will present cases of patients who have specific problems that are commonly seen in most practices. After the case is presented, the problem will be diagnosed and the treatment plan with justification will be presented.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify the need for grafting to achieve an esthetic final result.
• Review the need for multiple grafting modalities used to reconstruct a complicated defect in the esthetic zone.
• Explain how to graft a patient to provide better function for total edentulism.
