Deidre Sperry is a Speech Language Pathologist with over 25 years of clinical experience and currently holds a position of Associate Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. Dee's private practice has centered on the teachings of Tim Feeney and Mark Ylvisaker giving her the opportunity to develop many project-based programs that are meaningful, nondisability oriented and most often fun! Dee's passion for functionally based practice has led to her co-authoring the I CAN community-based evaluation of executive functioning, the Self Assessment of Communication Skills and different therapy programs. She has presented her work internationally. Dee has developed programs for people living with the effects of Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Dementia, FASD and other neurologically based disorders.
