Director, School Services
Jaumeiko Coleman, PhD, CCC-SLP, is the director of ASHA's School Services team. Her responsibilities include tracking national trends that impact the work of school-based SLPs as well as coordinating the development of resources and collaborating on the creation of policy to support school-based ASHA members. Her previous work positions include: speech-language pathologist in a K-5 school setting, assistant professor at Pennsylvania State University and George Washington University, administrator in two capacities (education program specialist and school improvement officer) for the District of Columbia Public School System, associate director in ASHA's National Center for Evidence-Based Practice, and associate director on ASHA's Continuing Education team.
