Private Practice Connect
This "lab" application session is a complement to Starting and Running Your Private Practice: Innovative Solutions to Four Main Challenges (PP01) and is for the in-person event only; it is not available with Connect On-Demand.
Private practice owners are confronted with difficult business decisions even though most of us did not receive business training as part of our education. This application session will highlight how to have the greatest impact on key performance indicators so you can get back to doing the part of the job you love most. Participants will explore case studies in a hands-on experience addressing some of the greatest hurdles business owners face. The session will include in-depth discussion on conversion metrics, methods to evaluate and improve staff retention and productivity, the current health care landscape (touching on the insurance industry, legislation, and economy), and a weekly tracking method that focuses on seven key business indicators.
