This session will explore the 3:1 model for service scheduling, which can help alleviate SLPs’ massive workloads. The speaker will differentiate workload from caseload, identify legal mandates that dictate all workload activities, describe steps needed to conduct a workload analysis, and identify effective strategies for implementing the 3:1 model as one of several workload solutions.
