Grant has a bachelor's degree in finance, a master's degree in organizational strategy, and has spent 5 of the last 15 years in the biomass recycling and composting industries. The remainder has been in the energy and construction industries in executive leadership roles managing small companies (<$30M annual revenue). Relevant public speaking experience includes presentations to MUD boards, HOA boards, and large construction companies along with church congregations, as well as serving on finance boards at two separate P.C.A. churches.
