Once you have registered, you will be sent a conﬁrmation email. When you receive your conﬁrmation, please check the spelling of your name and the events for which you have registered to ensure they are correct. The information in your conﬁrmation email will be used for your name badge. If there is an error, please do not re-register. Instead, contact the CCPRF registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org or (913) 906-7026. If you do not receive a conﬁrmation email, please contact the registrar to verify your registration.
Group discounts are available with full conference registration only. Discounts only apply to attendees from the same agency AND the same location who register together.

All attendees who register in advance may pick up their badge and registration materials at the CCPRF Registration Desk upon checking-in at the conference.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Written cancellation can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, faxed to 913.402.1771 or mailed to CCPRF Headquarters (7304 W. 130th Street, Suite 370, Overland Park, KS 66213). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
If you have not submitted payment and do not attend the conference, the full registration fee will be due if written cancellation is not received by Friday, November 22, 2019.
If you have submitted payment and written cancellation is received by CCPRF on or before Friday, November 22, your registration fee will be refunded less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after Friday, November 22. CCPRF will not apply payments to future conferences.
