Max Holder resides in Dallas Texas and has 27 years of nursing experience in Emergency Nursing, Corporate Compliance, and Infusion Therapy/Vascular Access. He is the nurse manager of the Vascular Access Team and Hemodialysis Unit at Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) University Medical Center in Dallas Texas; a 900-bed quaternary teaching hospital. He serves as a clinical expert for the BSWH CLABSI Eradication Program and the Chairman of the BSWH Vascular Access System Council. Max works as an expert witness in cases related to infusion therapy and vascular access. Max is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington and served two terms as Director-at-Large on the Infusion Nurses Society board of directors. He has been involved in nursing continuing education throughout his career and continues to publish and present on vascular access and infusion therapy topics.
