This course is positioned to help novice and experienced Urologists in navigating their job search. It will involve methods of evaluating the benefits and pitfalls in a potential new job. It will help you do well through your interview process and help you ask pointed questions regarding the new job , community, and working environment. Questions to be developed will touch on career development, your income package, call schedules, and partnership or tenure criteria. This course will help you put together an ABC organized plan to get through an important element in your longterm business success and general sense of happiness. This will be geared toward both academic and non academic jobs.

• Apply skills to interview and analyze the proposed job, working conditions, and community that they will be living.
• Recognize the financials of new position.
• Describe what partnership or tenure tracts are available to them.
