This Chinese Refresher course will use the format of case presentation to facilitate presentation and discussion of current practice in combination radiotherapy in patients receiving systemic, targeted and/or immunotherapy for advanced cancers in US and in China. We will present the available evidence, challenges, and discuss considerations in design of future phase III trials, and encourage collaboration between expert from US and China. The experts will discuss each case and summarize the current practice in each country. The differences and gaps in knowledge will be summarized and thoughts and concept for future clinical trials in this regards will be summarized. The language of presentation will be English.

Learning Objectives:
1) Indications of radiotherapy in patients with oligometastatic and other stag IV disease
2) Describe the current practice in combination of radiotherapy with targeted therapy/immunotherapy
3) Describe clinical trials in combination of radiotherapy with targeted therapy/immunotherapy
