Invite 4-5 experts in the field. Each can have a 10 minute talk on various relevant topics. Present a limited number of cases which will generate discussion and have the discussants address each in turn. Put set of questions to the audience before and after the session. Take audience questions.
Examples of topics:
role of ADT in the setting of SBRT/brachy
optimal length of ADT
use of ADT in favorable/unfavorable risk prostate cancer
use of ADT in patients with cardiac/diabetic comorbidities
length of ADT prior to beginning RT
