Dr. Terence Lee is a Software Engineering Director with 20+ years of successful experience in innovative software product development, enterprise solutions and technical architecture, service quality control,and engineering team management for Fortune 100 High Tech companies.
He is currently leading an enterprise commerce and service quality software development team under Core Service Engineering and Operation (CSEO) organization of Microsoft. He is proficient in architectural modeling, software development lifecycle management, team building, and new service incubation. With his leadership and architectural/engineering guidance, the team developed many end-to-end process automation solutions for the enterprise. Recently, his team designed and developed a service quality platform product for artifacts control, telemetry visualization and development lifecycle risk and live site management which has been rapidly adopting across CSEO teams.
Before he joined Microsoft, he worked in Motorola for many years and carried multiple lead IT management and architect positions, and served as CIO trusted technical advisor. As his career journey, he invented several excited software products, holds two Microsoft patents, and published a book called "Regression Analysis of Cloud Computing Adoption for U.S. Hospitals" as part of his Ph.D. research.
