We’ll also discuss tips for RPA project management, change management, and documentation/lessons learned and walk through a case study of automating audit sampling and check sheet preparation.
RPA initiatives that are not completed as promised create frustration, incur expense, and delay or destroy the chance to ultimately improve your customer’s experience. To avoid these issues and create that easy button, successful implementation is key.
