As the co-founder of ProcessArc and trusted partner of financial institutions around the globe she has helped her clients discover their potential for growth and improved CX by leveragin emerging technology and re-imagining business processes. A sample list of her clients include: Charles Schwab, Fiserv, US Bank, Ally Financial, Liberty Mutual Group and American Capital.
Sheila holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo. She is GE Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt certified. She has received additional training in GE’s Technical Leadership and Management Development Programs, as well as Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and CAP Facilitation
