QA Engineering Senior Manager
Lockheed Martin Corporation
Fort Worth, Texas
In my career with Lockheed Martin, I have had the privilege to work across three of our four business units (MFC, MS2, and Aeronautics) and have driven specific and unarguable benefit across missile defense, radar, and aircraft programs on a global scale. In 2016 I served the Aeronautics Q&MS Organization in an acting role as the Director of Quality Engineering representing a multi-site 110+ person team of quality and software quality professionals. My focus since 2017 has been serving as the architect for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' Quality Technology vision in which I am currently running projects internally and through university engagement to develop autonomous drone based inspection methods that include machine vision and collision avoidance, crawler drone based inspections that include machine vision and anti-access capability, and many other adjacent and new market solutions to enhance Aeronautics' capability to provide safe and accurate inspections. Looking back further at my time at Aeronautics, I have spent the past years leading the global rate readiness strategies for Quality & Mission Success on the F-35 Program that have not only enabled the Q&MS team to perform to commitments, but more significantly to inspire confidence with our numerous international customers and domestic agencies, such as the Government Accountability Office. In addition to program performance, I have continued to develop and hone advanced leader techniques and skills, and have recently completed the Mid-Level Leader Development Program at the Center for Leadership Excellence. And finally, I was also extremely honored to be recently awarded the honor of Aeronautics’ OLDP Manager of the Year in support of my inclusion strategies for our newest generation of emerging leaders.
