AHMSA has a strategic focus directed by senior managers where innovation is promoted at all levels. This presentation illustrates the process where faculties are given to the staff to take advantage of their effectiveness and their commitment within the organization, to solve their problems and use their resources in a creative way.
This project has been developed under the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and aligned with a strategy of cost reduction through the consumption of electricity. It also seeks to reduce environmental impact and comply with normative regulations.
The solution consists of the automation of the variable control system using technical and statistical knowledge such as correlation, hypothesis testing, and design of experiments, among others. The project successfully achieved financial savings, received recognition from managers, and obtained the highest award in national competitions.
