We’ve all faced this dilemma before: You’re excited about the job prospect. You’ve passed the on-site interviews. They’ve asked for your references; you’re pretty sure you’re going to draw an offer – and then, you’re confronted with the question: Desired Salary? How do you answer that question? Float a number too high, and they might get scared off; float a number too low, and you’ve left money on the table. This question becomes even more puzzling when it involves a change in title from your current position. In this seminar, we will dissect the underlying negotiation that’s going on here – and will identify strategies to help you present a salary range in which you can be confident. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a structured one-to-one negotiating exercise.
