Who’s ready for 4 hours of root cause analysis training as applied to high speed manufacturing processes?” The answer to that question is usually a sigh and a rolling of the eyes. Within the continuous improvement realm we strive to improve the skillset of people so that they can solve problems within their own areas and further open up the bandwidth of improvement within the business. Finding or developing training that can accomplish this in a way that captures everyone’s attention and imagination can be a problem itself, though. In this session we will discuss fun and interactive ways of training on root cause analysis, visual controls, sustaining change and other continuous improvement concepts utilizing the child’s board game, Mouse Trap.
