Building and Sustaining a Culture of Quality
Division: Inspection Division
In a survey conducted by Harvard Business Review, 60 percent of respondents said they work in an environment without a culture of quality. This is particularly concerning in a time when consumers’ tolerance for quality problems is declining. An organization that has achieved a culture of quality, including a workforce that embraces quality as a core value, has significant competitive advantage. The focus of this concurrent session is to provide attendees a solid understanding of what culture is, and how it is formed. Participants will take away strategies and ideas for how they can become a catalyst for advancing the culture of quality within their organizations. Strategies and ideas offered will apply to various industries and will be relevant for individuals at all levels within an organization. Case studies will demonstrate how living a culture of quality enables a company to deliver exceptional results and sustain improvements. Participants will leave feeling empowered to make a difference.
