Building and Sustaining a Culture of Quality
Increased speed and revolutionary changes in the marketplace have evolved quality applications and their role in the organization. While the tenets of quality management remain relevant, its perceived value from executives may be underutilized. Its realized potential demands understanding and change in three vital areas: data management, big data, artificial intelligence; use/application of tools, techniques, methodologies; and innovative thinking, acting, and communicating.
This session is a frank, candid, no-nonsense sharing with perspectives from both a quality practitioner and executive leader including scenarios and action considerations for a mature quality organization evolving with the marketplace, organizations early in their quality journey, and organizations maintaining their existing quality practices.
