Building and Sustaining a Culture of Quality
Division: Education Division
Many quality professionals are asked to teach quality concepts in their organization as part of the effort to build and sustain a culture of quality. This session focuses on four key concepts to use if you are called on to teach quality methods and concepts to others. Participants will learn how to be learner-centered, how to create learning experiences, the methods to test-for-understanding, and the theory of praxis—how the things we learn influence how we see the world around us, and how our perceptions of the work influence what and how we learn.
