Visual boards are all the rage these days! Even Silicon Valley is eager to provide software solutions to create visual dashboards. Books on visual boards typically talk about theory and provide limited actionable guidance or insight into how to deploy a visual system that will at least: hold all employees accountable; guide management on how to enable the operators to perform their jobs; track performance of critical areas and projects; and suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
In this workshop, you will learn how-tos of all of the above plus create a visual system framework and deployment roadmap to use at your organization.

• Identify who will benefit from each individual visual board.
• Learn to evaluate and select the metrics to track.
• Explore various tiers of visual control boards and how are they linked.
• Understand how to decide frequency of meeting in front of the board.
• Articulate benefits to your organization and employees after VMS deployment and learn why a VMS may fail.
