Building and Sustaining a Culture of Quality
Engineering, product development, and business processes are never in a static state. The natural tendency for these processes is that they become more complex across time. They require constant trimming and care to retain their optimum value. Without this, processes will continue to degrade, threatening product development and business success. This hands-on workshop will introduce a new leadership method for sustaining a culture of process quality. Lean process interoperability is now enabling processes to flow better without being constrained by inefficient collaboration between functional silos. Participants will learn how some organizations like Gulfstream Business Aircraft and other manufacturing organizations are using lean process interoperability to improve product quality, reduce time-to-market, and drive down cost.
