A lightweight process framework is fast and flexible—key necessities in today’s lean business/technical environment. That’s "lean" as in fewer resources and more work to do. But a lightweight framework still needs to be powerful enough to handle diverse use cases, and tackle internal and external processes, all the while creating reusable process assets. The framework presented in this session covers five models (process, process capability, process improvement, process development and launch, process asset management) and supporting tools. Join the lightweight revolution!
