This session will present a case study of a change management program called “Changing to Evolve,” which uses elements of organizational culture and a robust change management process that has led Elektro - a Brazilian power distribution company - to save operational expenditures. Learn how to promote protagonism and accountability to implement change, which will then drive efficiencies in processes and prepare the business for future challenges”.
