In an ever changing organisational environment it is important that quality management systems are compliant to the applicable regulations, yet also agile, lean, easy to change, aligned with the organisational strategy and while incorporating standardised elements, is also customisable when necessary.
Business process management (BPM) supports organisations to define the processes required to implement their strategy. Business processes contain all quality management system related processes and are compliant to the ISO9001:2015 requirements. Effective BPM clarifies how an organisation can be guided towards success through measuring and controlling of its business processes. Measuring and controlling business processes leads to identification of opportunities for improvement and supports organisations to become lean and sustainable.
The presentation will include 3 parts: ‘What is BPM?, Why use BPM?, How to initiate BPM?’ and will guide the participants through the BPM world by providing tools everyone can use in their daily work environment.
