Storytelling is a skill that can be taught, learned, and perfected. Learn storytelling concepts through the speaker's own experience in gaining buy-in for Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Daimler Trucks North America’s readiness-to-build value stream. Concepts will include some of the basics of story content, design and delivery, as well as a simple methodology for incorporating them. Examples will include actual stories, slide designs, and delivery techniques that compare and contrast successful and unsuccessful attempts at winning over the RTB value stream.

• Learn how to tell memorable, compelling stories that engage your audience and ultimately inspire buy-in.
• Explore how to incorporate design concepts to create slides that are easy to absorb, and support your conclusions.
