Continuous improvement efforts and initiatives fail far more frequently than they should. Even those with everything going for them (executive buy-in, proper funding, requisite expertise, etc.) can fail, and even the “successes” sometimes cannot be sustained. Why?
Salient Management Company believes the answer is to empower the point of value creation. In this session, we will uncover the obstacles and challenges to sustaining continuous improvement as they relate to people (culture), process and technology. We will highlight the resources and gaps to overcome these challenges and capitalize on the opportunities that exist in a company’s culture, illuminate where culture actually resides and describe how best to cultivate a culture that can guarantee not only the success of an OpEx initiative, but the sustained performance improvements every company strives to achieve. We will end the session reviewing a case study on how one organization’s success with the model improved its bottom line by 40-50% revenue growth.
