This presentation tells the tale of one of the world class Intel technologies which was released to the market with an optimized user experience. This is a journey that involved challenging the status quo, planning and implementing a solution in a resource constrained environment, making data driven recommendations and finally bringing about a perspective shift which resulted in more formal UX based quality assessments.
