Ellen C. Quinn (short bio):
A Northrop Grumman Corporation employee for 25 years, Ellen’s extensive experience includes managing and directing quality, project performance, and mission assurance. She is a certified ISO 27001:2013 lead auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt, certified PMP (PMI) and ASQ certified manager of quality/organizational excellence (CMQ / OE). Additionally, she is the Enterprise Business Co-chair of the Northrop Grumman Women’s International Network. A goal as NGWIN leader is to help identify and mentor employees so that the organization continues to flourish and grow. She currently serves as Vice Chair Marketing for ASQ Quality Management Division. Ellen is also a certified CMMI Associate and Maryland Performance Excellence Award (MPEA) examiner, part of the State of Maryland’s Baldrige program. Ellen has both a Master’s Degree and a MBA, both in management, minor in information technology, from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.
