Lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, sleep and stress reduction all contribute to one’s health. Identifying optimal behaviors to maximize health and prevent chronic diseases is just part of our challenge. We must also help people make and sustain lifestyle changes.
In partnership with the NIH-funded Nutrition Obesity Research Centers (NORCs), Nutrition 2019 is convening behavioral scientists to examine what we currently know about changing behavior and identify promising new approaches that might lead to better outcomes. Join the discussion in Baltimore at Nutrition 2019!
